Currently, we work very closely with a local roastery to provide you with our very own blend of specialty coffee which is graded at the top 85% in the world. The beans are handpicked in Brazil and Colombia and are washed in the country of origin before being sent directly to the roastery which is then put through a medium roast to ensure a sweet aroma and balanced acidity with every cup.

The tasting notes are comparative of Dark Chocolate & Walnut, with hints of Aniseed & Notes of Marzipan.
